Wrapping Text

-you have a wall of text

-take the pen tool or shape tool and draw a shape within the text area...

-it could be outside the text selection area if you do not want text to form all the way around the selected item.

-Select the path of the shape with the selection tool. Then on the control panel, there are 4 icons with shapes and lines. From top left it goes - no text wrap  - wrap around bounding box  - wrap around object shape  - jump object.
